Downing Street has confirmed UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson will return to work on Monday, ending days of doubts and speculation.
Mr. Johnson has been away from the frontline for at least three weeks, after he was admitted to hospital suffering from coronavirus on April 5. He spent three nights in intensive care.
US President Donald Trump said on Friday that Mr. Johnson sounded as though he were "ready to go", but his staff declined to confirm his return to work date while waiting on advice from the Prime Minister's doctors.
However, a spokeswoman from his Downing Street office has now confirmed he will be back at work on Monday.
